Landscape Architecture Design Packages
The landscape architecture begins with your expressed desires. A question and answer session, in conjunction with customer feedback, is our intended goal to better understand your custom design outlook and needs. After we have agreed to a landscape contract, our landscape architect will walk your property with one of the owners and formal design plans will be drawn.
| Conceptual Landscape Design Option I - $800 |
- One page conceptual plan of hardscape and suggested plant legend.
- Includes one revision and 4 copies of your finished plan.
- H.O.A. processing available for an additional fee.
- Each revision w/ meeting thereafter $100 and up.

- Three page conceptual plan.
- One page conceptual plan of hardscape.
- One page planting plan with plant legend.
- One page drainage, electrical, water main, and gas plan.
- Includes one revision and 4 copies of your finished plan.
- H.O.A. processing available for an additional fee.
- Each revision w/ meeting thereafter $200 and up.

- Hardscape Plan (detailed callouts with height and widths called out).
- Planting Plan (with plant legend).
- One 3D conceptual drawing 8 x 11.
- Drainage, electrical, water main, and gas plan.
- Details Plan (conceptual with height and widths called out).
- Includes two revisions (one revision for Hardscape & one revision for Planting) and 4 copies of your finished plan.
- Each revision w/ meeting thereafter $300 and up.

| Plant Consulting Services $1,900 |
- Meeting at site to discuss planting options (up to 2 hours).
- Trip to nursery with expert plant consultant (up to 3 hours).
- Coordination of plant orders and deliveries.
- Onsite plant placement services. Includes consultant and 2-3 person crew to move plants for up to 3 hours.
- Landscape plans are not included with this service.

| HOA Landscape Processing $300 and up |
- After your landscape plan has been completed, we will obtain signatures from your neighbors and handle HOA submittals and approvals. Price varies by association. Please ask your designer.
