The Process
- The appointment will begin with an on site walk thru to discuss design and lay out and all the possibilities with one of our landscape specialists. Meeting takes approximately 30 -60 minutes.
- A detailed proposal will then be developed for you based on your expressed desires. Within this proposal, we will provide a menu style spread-sheet that will allow you to view the cost of your landscape preferences (irrigation, plant selection, ground cover, etc.) and hardscape (concrete, stone, fireplace and barbecue etc.). In addition, general lighting packages will be offered to best suit your needs. A quick sketch will be drawn to reflect your proposal if requested.
- Upon approval of our proposal to you, our designer will then construct a formal proposal.
- Our plans are drawn up to appease all Home Owners Association and State Code standards.
